What's up?  Enjoying the summer everyone?   Good.  Things here in Ottawa are pretty cool.  I am settled in to my new apartment and it is cool.  Living downtown is great.  I have forgotten how to drive (some say I never learned).

I should be down the weekend following Canada Day, maybe we can get together, let's go out!!

So is anyone going on vacation?  I am looking to go away in October, but haven't made up my mind as to where.  Where do you think I should go? 

Sean, my wrestling cohort, is doing fine and is HARD TO REACH! Where have you been in the last week Weller!?  Buying shoes?

I hear Chez is back from his stint in Montreal, glad to hear he's having a great time.  Cez, question:  were you on that near Air Canada disaster at LaGuardia?!

Doria is finally 25 and I hear he can't handle his booze, well tequila anyways.  Welcome to the mature world, Anthony!  Penko is getting ready for marriage and I should be at the engagement party, it will surely be a good time.

Gord, I haven't heard from you in awhile, how are ya?   Is your website updated?
