About the Author

Tom Kralidis - Tom is a GIS / Systems Specialist at the Canada Centre for Remote Sensing, Geomatics Canada. At CCRS, he has just delivered a database of high accuracy ground control data of the Canadian landmass ("Ground Control DataBase"), which will be available for online public access at CEONET in the coming weeks. Tom holds a degree in Geography and Certification in GIS, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Geographic Information Processing at Carleton University. Tom's interests include GIS / web mapping, and spatial data warehousing / database development.
